Can I add comments to my order?
Yes! If you have any comments about your order, please add them in the product’s comments box before you add to cart.
When can I pick up my order?
When making your order, you have the option to select a pick-up date. Orders are available for pick-up in five days or later Mondays to Fridays at a time slot of 6:00pm to 6:15pm Canberra time.
Where can I pick up my order?
On your selected pick-up schedule, please pick-up your order at the Marlu building at 2 McMichael Terrace, Denman Prospect ACT 2611.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Per our refund policy, you have 24 hours to change or cancel your order. After which, we may already be preparing your order. We kindly ask that you please refrain from cancelling your order after that timeframe.
